The Women's Roxy Shelter Jacket is waterproof and has 60 grams of insulation so that you can stay warm but not overheat. This jacket is also packed with all of the best technical features, such as a fixed taffeta powder skirt, a snap-away powder skirt system and mesh-lined underarm venting.
