Shipping within the United States (Lower 48)

The delivery day estimates below are calculated based on the date of shipment. We do our best to ship all Expedited orders within 1-2 business days of placing your order (Mon-Fri).

Shipping refunds may not always be given for carrier or weather delays outside of our control.

This map shows general UPS Ground transit times. We suggest choosing expedited shipping options based on this map and the transit times listed below if your order is needed by a certain date. If free shipping is chosen at checkout, we ship most orders via UPS or USPS and use USPS for all PO Boxes. Most orders ship from eastern Pennsylvania.

Select items are drop-shipped from separate facilities and may require 1-2 additional business day for processing before they will be shipped, including expedited shipping methods (Saturday, Sundays, and holidays are not considered business days). Limited shipping options are available for sending drop-ship items to Alaska and Hawaii. Drop-ship items are clearly indicated by a disclaimer at the top of their product detail pages. All transit times listed above are determined based on day of shipment.

Refund requests for lost or delayed shipments: Shipping and/or purchase refunds for orders shipped via our economy services will not be considered until 14 business days have passed since the order was shipped. Our delivery methods are reliable; however, there are occasional delivery delays outside of our control (such as weather events and increased volume over the holidays). We must allow additional time to pass for delayed packages to be delivered and carrier investigations to be completed before we issue any refunds or replacement shipments.

If the shipping courier we shipped your order with confirms delivery to the address on your order, we are not responsible for stolen or missing packages and refunds will not be provided.

The standard method of shipping (for products from our local distribution center) is USPS Priority Mail, which typically takes 3 to 5 business days for delivery. This service Shipping rates are calculated during checkout based on the weight of products in your cart.

Expedited shipping is offered via UPS and is calculated during checkout based on the weight of products in your cart. Delivery to rural areas may take longer than the typical delivery estimates provided above.

Select items are drop-shipped from separate distribution centers and can only be shipped via UPS Second Day Air. If one or more drop-ship items are in your shopping cart, you will only be presented with the UPS Second Day Air shipping option. Drop-ship items are clearly indicated by a disclaimer at the top of their product detail pages.

APO/FPO/DPO Addresses 

Orders shipping to military and diplomatic addresses will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Please allow up to two weeks for delivery.

Puerto Rico and Other U.S. Territories

The standard method of shipping (for products from our local distribution center) is USPS Priority Mail for delivery within 3 to 5 business days. Expedited shipping is available via USPS Express Mail for delivery within 2 business days. Shipping rates are calculated during checkout based on the weight of products in your cart.

Select items are drop-shipped from separate distribution centers and cannot be shipped to Puerto Rico and other U.S. Territories. Drop-ship items are clearly indicated by a disclaimer at the top of their product detail pages.

International Shipping

International shipping is sent through UPS and the U.S. Postal Service. We ship all over the world every day, which allows us to assure our customers that we offer the lowest international shipping prices possible. International shipping costs will automatically be calculated during the online checkout process. All shipping costs and product costs shown on Skis.com & Snowboards.com are in United States Dollars. Products such as skis and equipment may incur additional international shipping costs as they must be packaged in over sized boxes; we will not ship your package without first confirming any additional shipping costs with you.

The CUSTOMER is responsible for and must pay all IMPORT DUTY and VALUE ADDED TAX (VAT) at the time of delivery. Skis.com & Snowboards.com do not control duties and taxes and have no prior knowledge of the amount of duties and taxes that may be assessed. Duties and taxes are solely controlled by the customs department in the country to which the merchandise is being shipped and are assessed at the time of delivery. The shipping company will collect all applicable duties and taxes on behalf of the customs department. If the customer chooses to refuse the package due to the duties and taxes imposed or if UPS determines a package is undeliverable with the shipping information the customer provides on their order, the customer will be held liable for all shipping costs, including the charges incurred for the return shipping back and any duty and taxes that are imposed on the return shipment.
