The offspring of a one-night stand between two of Burton's most revered all-terrain boards, the men's Burton Skeleton Key Snowboard has quickly become a staple in the quivers of our testers and team riders. From Japan-deep pow to Mount Baker's legendary banks, this uniquely hard-charging directional shape fuses camber with a slightly increased waist width that carves like a knife.

Directional Camber Bend A blend of camber under both feet and a rockered nose maintains stability through variable conditions and plenty of float in soft snow.
Twin Stance Meets Directional Float The board's Freeride Directional Shape centers your stance for a twin freestyle feel when riding flat base. On edge it turns tight and quick with the soft snow float and feel of a directional deck.
All-Mountain Versatility and Speed Its directional shape and camber maintain stability at speed and all-mountain versatility.
Compatibility The Channel® Board Mount is compatible with all major bindings and lets you dial in the stance exactly the way you like it.

Binding Mount Pattern

Channel
The Channel replaced Burton’s 3D mounting pattern in 2014, featuring two parallel slots along the snowboard edges for each binding. This design allows nearly infinite mounting options using just two screws per binding. Although optimized for Burton’s EST Snowboard Bindings, it can also accommodate various other bindings with the right mounting discs. The Channel enables adjustments in stance width, angle, centering, and setback.
